Art Life was established in 2012 to develop an annual art show that will feature the artwork of individuals living with mental illness and/or other related disorder alongside other local artists. Our hope is that we will be able to bridge the gap between both groups, raise the understanding of these talented individuals in our community and lower the stigma associated with mental illness.

Our next event, "Trapped" will be held at two different dates and locations; Click for larger version

Jeffery Bouet and Jessica Willingham are a singing duo that is involved with an organization called Music Matters. It was started by Crook and Victoria Stewart to help local businesses and local musicians by bringing them together to draw business more specifically to the Historic Downtown area of Panama City. Jeffery and Jessica play at Millies & Trigo as well as other areas in the community. They have been an official musical duo for six months, though they have known each other and been singing together for close to 5 years. They compliment each other's roles in different songs that range from powerful ballads to soft subtle harmonies. They provide a variety of music from all genres that stretch down the timeline from the present to as early as 1960, so you are bound to hear something you enjoy.

Proceeds from the event will go to assist 5 specific veterans in need from Bay county. We are still in the process of finalizing those recipients.

Our board of directors is comprised of a group of compassionate people who work with agencies in the Bay County area to provide care and resources for persons who are diagnosed with a mental illness or other brain related disorders.
